Alright, this really shouldn't be in Mixed Media, according to the definitions of the mixed media gallery. Mixed media is about mixing TRADITIONAL media, not mixing digital with traditional.
However, I don't freakin' know where the hell else to put this. The MAIN part of the picture is still traditional, that is, drawn with pencil on paper. However, I cleaned it up on the computer and colored in the color and the eye. That's IT. So, what I ended up with is something that honestly really IS a mix of medias. Half pencil, half computer. So, I'm putting it in Mixed Media because of this. It may get deleted, but I do hope the admin who does so will be kind enough to read my description and then perhaps point me in the correct direction. Well, that's what the optomist in me hopes. ANYWAY! The original pencil drawing is already in my gallery. But I'm gonna turn that into a scrap and just post this one up. Though I don't think I'm gonna turn it into a scrap YET as scraps are doing something weird around here. I transferred a bunch of drawings into scraps and they haven't shown up in scraps yet. BUT they aren't in my gallery either -.-; Further more, my deviation number has not changed. At all. And it should. Argh... Alright, the image is still for ~ thyrachan. I sat down and fiddled with it today. While the color does not look like metal like I was TRYING to get it to look like...I LOVE how the eye looks. Just about how I think the Jackal's eyes are suppose to look. Tell me if you agree, Thrya! ^^ Art property of ~lunarflight Creature property of ~thyrachan |
